Over 97% of the products are sold for export to more than 100 countries around the world, already in the early 1960s, a large part of the production was exported to the US automotive industry.

Så kallade gröna övergångar till ”förnybar energi”, som vindkraft, över hela världen skapar nya socioekologiska problem, intensifierar klimatförändringarna och bredare miljöförändringar. Kan vi bygga en framtid för förnybar energi som främjar allas välbefinnande och inte tillväxtkapitalismen? Hur kan vi göra det? Det här föredraget kommer att fokusera på hur vi kan tänka på radikala alternativ för övergången till förnybar energi utifrån ett postkapitalistiskt och posthumant perspektiv. Det kommer att fokusera på ”ekologier för förnybar energi i samhället”, som omfattar några relevanta kamper och initiativ och strategier för utveckling av förnybar energi som kan ge näring åt bredare transformativ förändring.

So-called green transitions to “renewable energy”, such as wind energy, across the world create new socioecological problems, intensifying climate change and broader environmental change. Can we build renewable energy futures that work for the well-being of all and not for growth capitalism? How? This talk will focus on how we can think about radical alternatives on renewable energy transitions from a postcapitalist and a posthuman lens. It will focus on "community renewable energy ecologies", covering some relevant struggles and initiatives and strategies for renewable energy development that could nourish broader transformative change.

Key topics will involve the development of the ecosystem, as well as the identification and growth of unicorn companies. During the night Silicon Vikings Pitch Grand Finals will take place, where the best startups/scaleups of the Nordic countries will compete against each other.

The aim of the unicorn night is to bring together cutting-edge research, companies and public actors with regards to the unicorn phenomena.
