Fredrik Lucander - VP of Growth, Brand and Ads at Wolt

Fredrik Lucander is the VP of Growth, Brand and Ads at Wolt, where he leads global marketing, their advertising business and consumer growth initiatives. His work focuses on scaling customer acquisition, loyalty, and pricing strategies across 30+ markets, while driving efficiency and innovation in partnership with DoorDash. With a background spanning strategy, finance, growth, and international operations, through industries such as Management Consulting, Mobile gaming (Angry Birds) and Consumer Tech, Fredrik brings deep experience in scaling products to millions of users.

Xiaoyang Wu - Sales Director at Stora Enso

My name is Xiaoyang Wu, I studied in Hanken from 2009 - 2011 and contained a master's degree. I’m currently working as Sales Director at Stora Enso, and I have built my career in an international environment through roles across finance, supply chain, and commercial leadership. My career journey has not followed a fixed plan — instead, I’ve learned to raise my hand when new opportunities arise even when they are outside of my comfort zone, and each one has helped me grow in unexpected and rewarding ways.

Robin Kipfer – Account Executive – Celonis

Originally from Switzerland, Robin initially found his way to Finland 8.5 years ago to study his Master's degree in International Strategy & Sustainability at Hanken. Since then, he has had a chance to put his skills in practice within several companies & industries - spanning from Danske Bank Country Management & Strategy Office, management consulting, and lately a SaaS company. Robin strengths clearly lie in building the bridge between strategy and execution, and in leveraging innovative solutions to unlock sustainable value creation. As his personal motto states, Robin strongly believes that for both individuals and companies "opportunities don't happen, but you have to create them

Riitta Palmén – Founding Partner at Palmén & Charpentier Investing Oy and Board professional

Riitta graduated from Hanken with a major in Finance in 1990. Approximately 35 years in the finance industry, particularly in the Finnish PE/VC market in various roles. Over 20 years as an entrepreneur at Palmén & Charpentier Investing Oy, a boutique offering M&A-related services. Currently a professional board member in a number of companies from various industries.

Pietu Tiainen – Talent search & Growth at Netlight

Hi, my name is Pietu, and I work as a tech recruiter at Netlight, one of Europe’s leading IT consulting companies. During my studies at Hanken, I found my way into recruitment, where I discovered a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
