Enhancing Firm Competitiveness and Growth with Market-Centric Capabilities

Innovation
Although Finland ranks highly in global innovation statistics, the country continues to struggle with turning innovations into international commercial success.

The “Enhancing Firm Competitiveness and Growth with Market-Centric Capabilities” project aims to develop a diagnostic tool for assessing market-centric capabilities—the routines through which firms sense customer needs and opportunities, translate insights into new offerings, and mobilize partners and resources.

By making these capabilities measurable and actionable, the project provides businesses with a clear roadmap for scaling innovation. The ultimate goal is to help Finnish firms commercialize their innovations, grow, and compete internationally.
