SDG vecka: Sustainable Communities: Working Together Across Perspectives
Denna session inleds med en kort introduktion till central terminologi som behövs för att förstå mångfald, följt av en gemensam cirkeldiskussion där deltagarna kan dela med sig av erfarenheter och insikter från akademin och andra områden. Syftet är inte att föreläsa, utan att skapa utrymme för ett genuint, tankeväckande utbyte och kontakter. Sessionen hålls på engelska.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how to:
- Better understand your colleagues — the different backgrounds and life situations they find themselves in, and how these can impact their work.
- Become more aware of your own lens — how your life experiences influence the way you see and interact with the world.
- Find constructive, flexible solutions — especially when needs and perspectives sometimes conflict.
