Ulrika Björkstam's talk is a moving story about how each of us can uncover hidden resources, embrace vulnerability, and transform setbacks into stepping stones. The session is designed to touch hearts, spark reflection, and remind us all that no matter the circumstances, we carry within us the capacity to heal, rebuild, and thrive.

Elisabet Lahti's keynote integrates applied psychology, systems thinking, and embodied studies to conceptualize SISU as an inner strength that is somatic, relational, and shared, rather than a purely individual trait. Her talk explores how cultivating SISU through self-leadership and inner awareness can foster resilience and promote collective uplift.
