Working Breakfast, a career event where you get to meet successful alumni sharing professional life experiences in a relaxed manner over breakfast coffee. An excellent way for networking and gaining insight to career opportunities and compnaies.

Since a few years back Sarah Väre works as “Key Account Manager” at C2 Advertising in Vaasa. During the years 2012-2016 Wärtsilä was Sarah’s employer and she quickly made her way up to “Marketing Manager for Europe and Africa” while at the same time studying “Strategic Marketing Management” at Hanken.

 

Sarah was one of Hanken’s top 15 students for scholarships on the annual “Rector's List” before graduating, and she was also later rewarded for best master's dissertation entitled "Storytelling in Advertising - a Visual Marketing Analysis". Today she is a doctoral student besides her daytime job.

 

Sarah Väre holds a Bachelor's degree from Turku Academy in Art History with Business Economics as minor.
