En panel bestående av aktivister och forskare tar sig an frågan om vilken roll akademin spelar i att upprätthålla kolonialism och västerländsk kunskapshegemoni, från grindvaktande strukturer till nordiskt förnekande av rasism och ras. Tillsammans frågar vi oss: Vad måste universiteten göra för att bemöta och motverka rasism?

Evenemanget fungerar också som en träff för studerande inom CR-modulen och diplomprogrammet.

Stand-up comedian Karim Aldulaimi draws on life between two cultures to make sharp outsider observations through humour. A panel of activists and researchers confronts the role academia plays in sustaining colonialism and Western knowledge hegemony - from gatekeeping to Nordic denial on race. Together, we ask what must universities do to confront racism?
The event also serves as a get-together for CR Module and Diploma Programme students.
