HCCG: How to be a Winner in the Sustainability Race?

Place
Helsinki
Room
Assembly Hall
The United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals offer a roadmap and a tremendous opportunity for the private sector to leverage its collective resources to help steer and amplify the development efforts of the global community.

The question thereby is no longer whether companies should apply the SDGs, but how they should do so? What measures can companies take and how can they pursue sustainable policies, while ensuring the continuation of their business and value for their shareholders? And what role should the state play in these efforts?

On 22 May 2018, Hanken Centre for Corporate Governance and UN Youth of Finland will host a unique and highly topical seminar on implementing SDGs in businesses. The seminar offers a cast of exceptional guests from the private and public sector, who will share their experiences and thoughts on the possibilities that SDGs offer:
