SDG week: Collection of goods to Star of Hope

Star of Hope (Hoppets stjärna r.f.) is a politically and religiously independent international aid organisation. Since 1989, it has been providing education for vulnerable children and young people. All children are valuable, all children are born with potential – but many lack opportunities.

Star of Hope conducts development and aid work in India, Argentina, Haiti, Latvia and Lithuania. Their activities are financed entirely through donations from private individuals, companies and other communities. Star of Hope accepts monetary donations as well as donations of goods. Humanitarian aid in the form of relief shipments is sent to the Baltic countries. They also have second-hand shops in Närpes and Vaasa.
