SDG week: Reporting Beyond Buzzwords!? How Impact Entrepreneurs contribute to Sustainable Development
You can get insights into a current research project exploring how such measurement methods currently look like in practice. In the project, researchers from Hamburg and Munich conducted an impact indicator mapping to the SDGs, later employed as a data source in an impact measurement chatbot design for practitioners.
Felizia von Schweinitz is a postdoctoral researcher at the Professorship of Sustainable Business, University of Hamburg, teaching and researching on impact entrepreneurship, and the measurement and valuation of organizational impact. From 2023 to 2026, she was Hamburg’s project lead of the Impact Measurement and Valuation Lab, co-organized with LMU Munich. The team developed multiple impact measurement resources, e.g. and Impact Readiness Guide, Canvas, and chatbot. Felizia represents the University of Hamburg in the Social Entrepreneurship Allianz Hamburg e.V., implementing Hamburg’s social entrepreneurship strategy. Her research has been published in Business and Information Systems Engineering, the Schmalenbach Journal of Business Research, and Zeitschrift Führung + Organisation, and presented at conferences such as Academy of Management Annual Meeting or EGOS. She holds a doctoral degree from University of Hamburg, Master in Management (M.Sc.) from University of Mannheim and a bachelor’s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies (B.A.) from University of Passau.
