Kick-start your career with our 360° Trainee Program. You will be given the opportunity to develop and form your future career as a customer success manager, analyst manager or as a project manager in the leading IT company in the Nordics.
Are you quality minded and interested in consulting? Do you enjoy working in teams while having the responsibility to complete tasks individually? Are you a recent graduate with your bachelor or master in economics, political science or informatics? Are you interested in digitalizing the Nordics? This is your chance!
Program Information
The one-year Trainee Program starts in August 2018 consisting of rotations in different departments within Nordic countries, working with customers and trainee modules. You get to meet all trainee colleagues from different countries with primary focus to develop knowledge and skills. In addition, you will have individual sessions with coaches and a dedicated mentor.
