Vänligen använd följande blankett ifall du vill byta huvudämne eller studieort:
Ansökan bör innehålla följande bilagor:
- En fritt formulerad förklaring/ansökan
- Studieutdrag
- Forskningsplan
- Eventuella huvudämnesspecifika bilagor
Vänligen lämna in den ifyllda ansökan och bilagor till koordinatorn för forskarutbildningen. Din ansökan behandlas under följande ansökningsrunda till forskarskolan. Beslutet tas av rektor och meddelas skriftligt. Ifall din ansökan inte beviljas, fortsätter dina studier inom det ursprungliga huvudämnet/på den ursprungliga studieorten. Ifall din ansökan beviljas utses en ny examenshandledare.
Instructions for changing the PhD major subject/study location
Please use the following application form when applying for change of major subject/study location:

The following documents should be enclosed:
- A statement explaining why you wish to change your major/study location.
- A transcript of records indicating courses already completed within doctoral studies at Hanken.
- A research proposal.
- Other documents in accordance with the supplementary requirements set by the majors, if the intended major has specific requirements in addition to the basic ones.
Please submit the filled in and signed application form and enclosures to the doctoral studies coordinator. Your application will be processed during the next application round to the Hanken PhD Programme. You will be notified in writing of the decision made by the rector. If your application is not accepted, then your studies will continue within the original major subject/study location. If your application is accepted then you will be assigned a new degree supervisor.
