New structure for Hanken's scholarships and honorary awards
In order to honour the university's largest donors, Hanken has established awards for the best performing students at Bachelor’s and Master’s level, and to the best performing students who go on exchange during their bachelor studies.
The best performing students receive an award called Rector's list scholarship that comes with a grant of EUR 500. This scholarship is awarded to the top 5 per cent of students at both Bachelor's and Master's level.
Among those going on exchange during their bachelor's studies, the 45 students who have performed best and had the fastest pace of study leading up to the exchange are rewarded. The awards are distributed among the exchange groups in the autumn and spring semesters.
All awards are named and linked to Hanken's honorary donors.
