Meet students at Hanken or virtually

During company and recruitment events you meet students and increase their interest in you as a future employer.

Package 1: Pop-up in the lobby of Hanken

Get in touch with our students by being present in the school lobby! You will meet all kind of kinds of students on their way to lectures, lunch, self-study halls, etc.

In lobby events you should have a carefully planned program or content for your visit. Our students have indicated that the most attractive stands in the lobby offer

  • Practical advice on CVs and cover letters
  • The opportunity to practice interview skills in either role play or in real speed interviews
  • Real-life employees (preferably our school's alumni) giving insight on working in your company or the recruiting process
  • Coffee/tea

We will promote your presence in the lobby:

  • by posting it in our weekly newsletter to all students
  • in our Event Calendar

We will help you with the practicalities by:

  • putting up your posters in advance if you have some
  • giving you IT service if requested by you in advance

Package prices:
Helsinki campus (3h): 600€ 
Vaasa campus (3h): 200€ 

Package 2: Your career event at a Hanken lecture hall or a virtual event

Lecture halls and other rooms at Hanken are suitable for various kinds of career related events: lectures, workshops, cocktails, dinners. Career Services will help you plan your kind of event.

If you wish to organize a virtual event, it can be easily done through Microsoft Teams. 

We will promote your event:

  • in our Event Calendar
  • by targeted emails to a group of students of your choice (i.e. according to major subject)
  • our weekly Career Services newsletter
  • you can put up posters/flyers at the campus and an ad on the Info TV

We will help you with the practicalities by:

  • taking care of the registration for the event
  • putting up signs at the campus if needed
  • giving you IT service if requested by you in advance

Package prices:
Helsinki campus (3h): 800€ 
Vaasa campus (3h): 400€ 
Virtual events (for both campuses): 800€

Package 3: Hanken Network Day

Meet Hanken students at the annual networking fair that is organized every September!

During Hanken Network Day you have the chance to meet and network with Hanken students at a networking fair, other activities during the day (Speed Interviews and CV Check-Ins etc.) as well as take part in a relaxed after work and networking dinner with other company representatives and students.

This is an event not to miss!

Booking information

Prices for the different services can be found in the price list at the end of each package. VAT of 24 % will be added to all the prices. All rights for price changes reserved.

You can confirm the booking by email. The email should include your invoicing details.

In case a confirmed booking package is cancelled by the client less than 2 weeks before the event date, Career Services has the right to charge 20% of the total cost of the event.
