Please, note that mentioned time is Finnish time (if not mentioned other) so use the time converter to make sure you join in the right time.

Some events are organised by Hanken and some by external partners (such as Study in Finland, International Helsinki House and others).

This session covers the first important steps after admission - acceptance of the admission offer, how to proceed if your admission offer is conditional, when to pay the tuition fee and other crucial steps to take as a new student.

You will get more information about Hanken's student buildings and about HOAS student housing.

12.08.2026 at 15:00- Information on tuition fees & scholarships for new students in Vaasa
When do I pay tuition fees? How is tuition fees connected to the annual registration? Are the exemptions to the tuition fees? Can I get a scholarship later on in my studies? If you are liable for or exempted from tuition fees, attend this webinar to gain all the information you need as a student at Hanken in Vaasa. 
Students in Helsinki will be offered the same session during the Orientation days.
