Hanken's job board

Did you know that you can post vacancies, internship positions and thesis commissions through Career Services?

The JobTeaser platform

Hanken, and eight other Finnish universities within the Aarresaari career services network of Finnish universities, is using the JobTeaser platform.

You can create your recruiter profile here. You can choose to post the job ad only to Hanken, a few of the other eight universities or all the eight Finnish universities that are using JobTeaser. The JobTeaser service will be used also by the Universities of Helsinki, Turku, Jyväskylä and Eastern Finland, Tampere University, Åbo Akademi University as well as Aalto and LUT University. You can read more about JobTeaser here on the Aarresaari website.

You can find tips and instructions on how to build your job add here on the web page of the Aarresaari network. Here you can also read the Universities’ terms and conditions for publication of job and internship ads.

Hanken students can include an internship in their degree

An obligatory period abroad is included in all Hanken Bachelor's students degrees as an obligatory part of their studies. This can be done either as an internship abroad or studies abroad. Students can receive a grant for either of these options, as well as receive study credits (8ECTS for the internship and 30sp for the studies abroad).

On the Master's level, students can include a voluntary internship period in their degree. This internship can take place either in Finland or abroad. Depending on the length of the internship, students can receive either 5 or 10 ECTS for their internship.

Hanken's Career Services supports the students internship periods with an internship grant if the internship takes place abroad and is during the summer months May-August. Foreign degree students can apply for an internship grant also for an internship that takes place in Finland.
