Step 1: Know yourself

The first step in your career planning is to go deeper into yourself and clarify what your values, motives, competences and interests are.

Analyze what knowledge you already possess, or need, and discover in which direction you want to steer your career.

First of all, reflect upon your current situation, i.e. where you stand now. What does your situation look and feel like? Which competences do you already have?
