Welcome to a breakfast seminar with Hanken’s Professor of Practice , and partner with Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd, Klaus Ilmonen. During the seminar, Ilmonen will discuss recent experiences from the effects of the turbulent geopolitical landscape on board work, corporate governance and corporate regulation. A light breakfast is served from 8 a.m., followed by the seminar from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. The seminar will be held in English and requires registration in advance.
