Den årliga konferensen Frontiers in Service, ett ledande evenemang för tjänsteforskning, arrangeras år 2026 av CERS vid Svenska handelshögskolan. Konferensen ordnas på engelska.

The Frontiers in Service Conference is the world’s leading annual event for service research. In 2026, the conference will be organised by CERS at Hanken School of Economics.

Under detta Hanken Insights evenemang kommer vi att diskutera det aktuella läget på den nordiska arbetsmarknaden och hur den formas av teknologiska och strukturella förändringar. Vi behandlar även handelshögskolans roll i att säkerställa att nyutexaminerade ekonomer har de rätta verktygen för att möta arbetsmarknadens behov. Talare inkluderar Juhana Vartiainen (arbetslivsprofessor, Hanken), Sofia Bougt-Hernnäs (biträdande professor i nationalekonomi, Hanken) och Lari Hintsanen (VD för Deloitte Finland). Seminariet hålls på engelska. Evenemanget är kostnadsfritt men kräver anmälan.

During this edition of Hanken Insights, we will discuss the current state of the Nordic labour market and how it is shaped and impacted by technological and structural changes. We will also discuss the role of business schools in ensuring that graduates meet the changing needs of employers. Over 97% of the products are sold for export to more than 100 countries around the world, already in the early 1960s, a large part of the production was exported to the US automotive industry.

Associate Professor Kaisa Koskela-Huotari from the Stockholm School of Economics, will give a seminar titled: “The many facets of a ‘better world’: Field-informed enactment of sustainability in market-shaping efforts”.

As climate risks increasingly affect enterprise value, financial leaders must navigate new regulatory terrains. The symposium features the Climate-Adjusted Enterprise Valuation report, which offers guidance for Nordic companies to enhance their sustainability reporting and strategic planning regarding climate risks and opportunities. A panel of leading industry experts reflect on how they focus on climate strategy and reporting. The event is held in English.
