How do I apply?

What was the lowest SAT score in 2024?
Bachelor’s degree studies: the lowest admitted SAT score was 1120.
What was the lowest certificate score in 2024?
Bachelor’s degree studies: the lowest admitted certificate score was 103,2.
How is Main different from Rolling admission for the MSc programmes?
The rolling admission has higher admission criteria and only 4 available MSc programmes. In the main admission round you can apply to all MSc programmes.
Can I apply via both the rolling and the main admission round?
Yes, you can apply and get admitted via both admission rounds.
Can I transfer to the other campus?
No, it is not possible to transfer to the other campus. If you want to change campus, you must apply again in the next application round.
Can I change major?
No, it is not possible to change programme internally. If you want to change programme, you must apply again in the next application round.
Is there an application fee?
The Ministry of education and culture in Finland has preparations to introduce an application fee for 2025 application rounds in progress. Read more in the national application portal Studyinfo.
I fulfilled all requirements, why wasn’t I admitted?
There are admission quotas for each programme and fulfilling the general requirements or minimum amount required ECTS does not automatically lead to admission.
When do studies begin?
The studies begin in September. For newly admitted students there are always mandatory Orientation Days the last week of August.
