Human resources

  • Handles the administration of your employment contract and issues dealing with your status as a Hanken employee

Tools and communication

Emailing list for doctoral researchers 

All doctoral researchers at Hanken are connected to the doctoral researchers’ mailing list through their Hanken email address. Through this mailing list, we share information about the study progress check, thesis examination process, and other important updates related to your studies.

Software and other equipment 

When working on your thesis, you may need specialized software to carry out your research or analyse data. Hanken has licenses for many such programs, and you can contact IT for more information. The departments may also have software licenses that you need. Remember that you can apply for funding from various foundations to purchase the software you require. You can also turn to the library for advice on databases and different programs. For other tools, such as voice recorders and audiovisual equipment, you can contact your department or IT.
