Pre-Conference Workshop 1 (June 29): Introduction and Paper Development for JoSM Special Issue – led by Jens Hogreve, Ilias Danatzis, Kris Lindsey Hall, and Marah Blaurock.
Ahead of the main program on June 29th, Frontiers in Service 2026 will host pre-conference workshops. Workshop 1, Introduction and Paper Development for JoSM Special Issue: Reimagining the Service-Profit Chain.
The workshop will be led by the special issue editorial team: Jens Hogreve, Ilias Danatzis, Kris Lindsey Hall, and Marah Blaurock.
