The research center CERS
CERS (Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management) is a leading center for service marketing research. The research tradition and approach at CERS follow the Nordic School's mantra - Dare to be different. The goal is to publish research that is not only new but also provides alternative perspectives and alters researchers' thinking and doing. Our research is focused on service business and philosophy within the four focus areas: Innovation & Strategic Marketing, Customer-centricity & Market Insights, Consumers & Well-being and B2B Marketing & Sales.
