The Gender Research Group
The group is co-convened by Inkeri Tanhua and Micaela Stierncreutz, and consists of researchers affiliated with Hanken as well as other universities and research organizations. Our gatherings are friendly and informal, featuring research presentations, struggle sessions, reading circles, collaborative writing, and conversations about academic life.
Interested in joining? We currently meet every second Monday of the month, mostly online. To receive updates about our meetings and related events, join our email list by emailing inkeri.tanhua@hanken.fi.
The Gender Research Group was formed in 1999. More information on its history is available here: Hearn Jeff, Niemistö Charlotta, and Viallon Margaux (2021) Memories and Reflections from the Gender Research Group. 21 Years of Collaborative Action. Helsinki: Hanken School of Economics.
