The Gender Research Group

The Hanken Research Group on Gender Relations in Organisations, Management, and Society (the Gender Research Group) is a community of researchers interested in gender and feminism, or in social sustainability, equality, diversity, and inclusion, within organizations.

The group is co-convened by Inkeri Tanhua and Micaela Stierncreutz, and consists of researchers affiliated with Hanken as well as other universities and research organizations. Our gatherings are friendly and informal, featuring research presentations, struggle sessions, reading circles, collaborative writing, and conversations about academic life.
