The speakers include Shadia Rask, PhD, visiting researcher at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, Liisa Husu, Senior Professor at Örebro University and affiliated scholar at Hanken School of Economics, and Hisayo Katsui, Professor in Disability Studies at the University of Helsinki. The wireless WiFi network in Vasa will be renewed during 2022. The planning work is started by metering in all parts of the building on February 16th – 17th.

The European Working Group on Humanitarian Logistics (EURO HOpe) and the HUMLOG Institute at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, are organizing the fifth EURO HOpe mini-conference, this year in a hybrid format from Helsinki, Finland.

The HUMLOG Institute will be participating in the HNPW- Humanitarian Networks & Partnerships Week 2021 Online event 19.4.-7.5. 2021.
The HNPW, organized by OCHA, is the largest events of its kind, providing a collaborative space for practitioners and experts from a large variety of humanitarian stakeholders including UN agencies, Member States, NGOs, the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement, academia, the military & private sector initiatives, to collaborate in identifying solutions to common challenges in crisis preparedness and response.

The yearly homecoming day "Hankendagen" will be held 20 September 2019 in Helsinki.
