During the afternoon seminar we discuss comprehensive security in the region in the light of a changing environment, with representation from the Finnish ministry of Defence, and with the ambassadors of four countries in the region. In addition, Hanken's research about the need to redefine and secure critical societal functions in the face of digitalisation, geopolitical tensions, and global uncertainties is presented. The event will be held in English and requires registration.

Welcome to a morning seminar with Fulbright Distinguished Chair Vlad Vaiman, professor at the School of Management of California Lutheran University. During the seminar, Professor Vaiman will talk about the transformative role of agentic AI in talent management, drawing on the latest research from Stanford and McKinsey.
