Hanken Volunteer Work: Get involved and enrich yourself!

In search of an enjoyable, meaningful and socially sustainable way of spending your free time?

If you want a different kind of break that is refreshing and rewarding, be one of the guests at informal get-togethers in the Folkhälsan Seniorhus at Mannerheimintie 97. Spending half an hour with senior citizens is half an hour of fun, engagement and sound investment in interpersonal and intergenerational skills.

This lovely residence for senior citizens is a 15-min bus ride from the university. Info on the “Seniorhus” in Swedish (venue for the volunteer work) http://www.folkhalsan.fi/startsida/Om-oss/Folkhalsanhus/Seniorhuset/ Opens in new window
