That is why we developed a research-based workshop format designed to help individuals build a shared language and deepen mutual understanding,” say Daniil Pokidko and Philippe Saadé, the Hanken researchers behind Hopscotch Canvas, a new tool focused on experiential learning.

This innovative service has been created by Hanken student Axel Aarnio and his co-founder Mikael Mauranen, in collaboration with Posti and Hanken Business Lab.

In 2017, The Finnish Education Evaluation Centre conducted an audit of Hanken’s quality system and awarded it a quality label that is valid for six years. In February, Hanken signed up for the next national evaluation taking place in 2023.

This autumn, Hanken launches a unique course that teaches business valuation with the help of corporate strategy analysis, growth investing and financial statements. The course combines theory and practical tasks during the startup event Slush.

Hanken researcher Peter Sarlin is member of the world-first global project to analyse high frequency financial data. The project team consists of researchers from the UK, France, Germany, Finland and the US.
