Olga Novikova

Olga Novikova is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Hanken School of Economics, affiliated with CERS - Center for Relationship Marketing and Service Management and the Department of Management and Organisation. Her research focuses on organisation studies, business models and strategy, particularly organisational transformation, platforms and digitally enabled forms of organising, using qualitative and longitudinal approaches.
