Dennis Sundvik

Dennis Sundvik is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Hanken School of Economics, where he teaches financial accounting and financial statement analysis. Sundvik does empirical research mainly focused on financial reporting issues in public and private firms. In one of his current projects, Dennis and his co-authors examine audit adjustments and auditor ability in private firms using unique data from Finland. The project is generously funded by the Peter Wallenberg Foundation.

His research has appeared in prominent outlets such as Accounting and Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics,​​​ and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. He is an Associate Editor at Journal of Applied Accounting Research and an Editorial Board member at Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
