WHAT?
Mindfulness (wisdom) and compassion are two concepts that in the Tibetan wisdom traditions are seen as the foundations for progress. Without these qualities personal likes and dislikes may hinder oneself/ a project/ a company from reaching its full potential. Leadership is thus ultimately seen as an act of service to others.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
1. Learn how to develop wisdom and compassion in your leadership.
2. Understand what the main hindrances for developing these qualities are.
3. Receive techniques for how you can cultivate these qualities in your own life and leadership.

THE TEACHER
Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is renowned for his depth of wisdom; his clear, engaging teaching style; and his ability to make the ancient Tibetan teachings highly accessible and relevant to the lives of Westerners. Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche received his Geshe degree (equivalent to PhD) from Menri Monastery in India in 1986 and he has been teaching in the West for the past 25 years.
