Hertta Vuorenmaa (FD, Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan) är universitetslektor (tenure track) i ledarskap och organisation vid Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan. Hon är en erfaren forskare och utbildare inom arbetslivsforskning, personalledning och organisationsutveckling, och har tidigare varit programdirektör för forskningsprogrammet Future of Work.
Hennes forskning fokuserar på arbetslivets förändring, inklusive artificiell intelligens och arbete, distans- och hybridarbete, organisatorisk förändring, människocentrerad arbetsdesign, framtidens kompetenser och lärande samt mångfald, jämlikhet och inkludering. Hon har deltagit i flera forskningsprojekt finansierade av Finlands Akademi med fokus på arbetsvälmående, ledarskap och könsojämlikhet.
Vuorenmaa är för närvarande ansvarig forskare för samhällsgenomslag (societal impact PI) i Strategiska forskningsrådets (STN) projekt TAIMI – Skills, Labour Supply and Migration in Future Finland, samt delprojektledare (PI) för ett arbetspaket inom Business Finland-projektet Human–AI Collaboration and Leadership: Shaping the Future of Work. Hon undervisar och utbildar chefer och experter i Finland och internationellt och är även ordförande för Finlands förening för arbetslivsforskning (FAWORE).
Hertta Vuorenmaa (PhD, Hanken School of Economics) is a University Lecturer (tenure track) in Management and Organisations at Hanken School of Economics. She is an experienced researcher and educator in work-life studies, people management, and organizational development, and has previously served as Research Program Director for the Future of Work.
Her research focuses on the changing world of work, including artificial intelligence and work, remote and hybrid work, organizational transformation, human-centered work design, future skills and learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has participated in several Academy of Finland–funded research projects on well-being at work, leadership, and gender inequality.
Vuorenmaa is currently the Societal Impact Principal Investigator for the Strategic Research Council (STN) project TAIMI – Skills, Labour Supply and Migration in Future Finland, and a Principal Investigator of a work package in the Business Finland project Human–AI Collaboration and Leadership: Shaping the Future of Work. She teaches and trains managers and professionals in Finland and internationally and serves as Chair of the Finnish Association of Work Life Research (FAWORE).
