The global management consultancy Inverto has joined Hanken’s Partner Programme. “We want to build long-term relationships with Hanken students. In addition to its strong reputation, Hanken has an international outlook and a clear focus on business, which aligns well with Inverto,” says Ella Möller, the company’s talent acquisition coordinator.

The University Collegium of Hanken approved the financial statements for 2022 at its meeting on 8 May 2023. Hanken's operating result in 2022 was -2.9 million compared to the budgeted –3,0 million.

The Finnish Innovation Index (FII) is a national indicator of the perceived innovativeness of companies among Finnish consumers. The annual ranking conducted at Hanken School of Economics lists the most innovative companies according to Finnish consumers.

CERS was represented in the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) Annual Conference in Montery, AMA SERVSIGS conference in Glasglow and Frontiers in Boston this summer.

New research shows that a service-providing organisation facilitates the well-being of individuals by supporting, socialising, and empowering them. Technology, service environment and design, and internal practices and arrangements also contribute to the individuals’ well-being.

The growing importance of ESG data for financial decision making and for achieving sustainability goals was the topic of a webinar hosted by Hanken School of Economics on 11.6.2020. The speakers called for increased standardisation, transparency, availability and reliability of sustainability data in the face of pressing climate and environmental demands.

The new eight storey building in Arabianranta, Helsinki, combines student housing and state of the art sports facilities.The building accomodates apartments on the lower levels and a sports center including a fitness gym and a test laboratory on top.

Hanken is involved in two building projects and now the first house is ready and accepted new tenants from 1 February 2019. There are still apartments available and open for applications.

Hanken scores very well in the latest exchange student survey among students that visited Hanken during spring 2018. All of the 54 respondents would recommend Hanken as host university for exchange studies, which is an exceptional score.

Exchange students at Hanken are extremely pleased with their experience and their studies. The results from the latest exchange student survey show that 96% would recommend Hanken as a destination for an exchange student semester.

The foundation stone of the new eight storey building on the Arcada Campus in Arabianranta, Helsinki, was put up on 17 January 2018. The new building will have have 103 student apartments and state of the art sports facilities.
