Application Process

Kindly read the information below before submitting your application.

The administration procedure for faculty's applications to the Commerce and Industry Fund for inviting guests to Hanken differs from the principle described below, more information on how to apply can be found here.

Applications to the Funds at Hanken are made through the Hanken Support Foundations online application system. Those who have a Hanken-user-id can use it to sign into the system. Alumni need to register in the system and create a user-id, specific for the system. When you are signed into the system you choose the appropriate purpose according to the call and create a new application.

The application form consists of five different parts. All parts of the application should be filled out carefully and each part saved when filled out. When you are done filling out the form you can look at a preview of your application by choosing that function on the application page. Remember the mandatory attachments. When you are sure that your application is complete and correctly filled out you choose the function: "Approve and submit your application". When the application is submitted and received at Hanken a message will be displayed on the screen (in the system). You can also print your application as well as send it to your email-address as a PDF-document.

Late applications will not be considered, neither incomplete nor paper applications. The grants are personal and cannot be applied for by someone else. Please make sure to read the conditions before applying.

Applicants must always provide information about other funding they have planned to apply for, applied for or received for the same purpose.
