Hanken ranked ninth in the international ShanghaiRanking
ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS) evaluates universities worldwide across different subject areas and compares research performance. The assessment covers research output, research influence and quality, international collaboration, and international academic awards.
This year, a total of 57 subject categories were included in the comparison of around 2,000 universities. Hanken was ranked ninth globally in the field of business administration.
“We are very pleased with the outcome of the ranking. The result confirms Hanken’s strong position in the global research community. The high level of research enhances the quality of teaching for our students. We also regard the placement as recognition of our long-term commitment to international collaboration”, says Hanken’s Rector Ingmar Björkman.
