BREAK in all Help Ticketing Services Friday 24.3

The help addresses for several offices does not work Friday 24.3 - this concerns study office, library, computer center, center for international affairs, facilities service, HR (you can send e-mail, but it can be answered the next work day)

Friday the 24.3 the ticketing system Request Tracker, that handles nearly all service addresses, will be updated. The update and migration of data will last the whole day.

This means you will not get answers to help requests on Friday the 24th. You can normally send help requests, but they cannot be read or answered until the next workday, Monday.

The requests will be lined up during the service break, and answered once the system is available again.  So no requests will disappear, but they cannot be answered until the update and migration is done.
