Career Fairs

One important path to improve your chances on the labour market is to become familiar with various companies and create valuable contacts for the future.

Career fairs will acquaint you with various industries and businesses. At career fairs companies usually present their recruitment needs at their own stands and many companies also have company presentations during the fairs. At career fairs you can meet professional recruiters and get help with your CV and job application.

Hanken organized a few fairs during the academic year, but we advise you to take part in also other fairs i.e. Contact Forum.

Hanken Network Day

Hanken Network Day is a networking forum for students, employers and company representatives. It takes place in Helsinki at the end of September and attracts around 20-30 companies every year.

The event is aimed both towards first year students and older students. It’s a great opportunity to ask anything from what subject to choose for a major to career opportunities. During the day and evening, you’ll meet interesting people and companies and gain valuable contacts in a relaxed environment. The event is organised in cooperation with Hanken’s Student Union.

The day continues with a dinner in the Student Union’s facilities at Casa Academica together with fellow students (30 students) and company representatives. More information about Hanken Network Day and the dinner will be available closer to the event.
