To register as absent

You must register as absent no later than 31 August for the autumn semester and no later than 15 January for the spring semester. Once you have registered as present, your status can no longer be changed to absent.

Bachelor's and master's students

When you are registered as absent, you cannot participate in courses or exams, nor is it possible to graduate.

If you are registered as absent and wish to participate in courses and exams, you must register as present. In order to register as present, please follow the instructions on the Registering as present page.
