Vaasa International Talents
The Vaasa International Talents is a joint programme of the higher education institutions in Vaasa. Its goal is to help international degree students to better integrate to the Finnish job market. As a international degree student at Hanken in Vaasa you are more than welcome to apply for the programme.

The Vaasa International Talents programme offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills, insights, and connections for your professional career in Finland. The 6th round of Vaasa International Talents Programme is set to start in October 2025!

Who can apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a valid residence permit in Finland or be a Finnish citizen
- Be an international Master’s student in the English-language programme Master’s Degree Programme in Marketing and Management, or an international Bachelor’s or Master’s student studying your programme in Swedish at Hanken.
- Have completed at least your first year of Bachelor-level studies
- Have graduated from the Master’s Degree Programme in Marketing and Management since September 2024. Note! International Bachelor’s or Master’s students who have studied in Swedish-language programmes at Hanken are also eligible to apply.
