There is increased focus on sustainability in the private and public sectors internationally. In Hanken’s latest PRME report, the School and its activities are scrutinised towards the backdrop of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
Hanken is one of 29 higher education institutions worldwide in the PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) Champions and stands behind the statement in defense of universal values and principles made by PRME on 8 February 2017.
The Folkhälsan drop-in IT-workshop is a new initiative to bring together Hanken students and senior citizens. Ida Andersén, Nina Lindström and Kenneth Mattson are among those students that are participating in this project.
According to the financial statement for 2013, approved by the Board of Hanken on 9 April 2014, Hanken's results fulfilled expectations with regard to both the budget and resource allocation. During the year Hanken continued to reinforce its position as a research-oriented business school with a strong international profile, and it was able to do so from a solid financial standing.
