Program:

Research groups and work teams often include people from different organizations and also the financing consist a variety of sources. Who has the rights to any potential inventions made by a research team in co-operation? What things should be agreed upon in advance before starting the research, funding or a patent application?

Come to listen and to discuss in which ways the legislation will affect in practical life and how it is possible to avoid problems in the further utilization of the invention. The seminar is designed for people who work with the matters of research, development and inventions, and for funders and advocates.

The seminar is practical and we have reserved time also for the discussion and questions.
