Lauri Elfsbacka

Lauri Elfsbacka is a doctoral researcher at the department of Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics. His current research focuses on understanding practices and principles of managerial decision-making pertaining to executive selection.

Other general areas of interest include economic sociology (especially related to institutional theory), organizational decision-making theory and economic history.

He has previous work experience in executive search and leadership assessments, and received his master's degree from Aalto University School of Business.
