The Arkadia-building sold to Hemsö
The Swedish real-estate company Hemsö has bought the Arkadia-building on Arkadiankatu 24 from Aalto University. The purchase-sum was 12,5 MEUR.
The ownership is transferred to Hemsö immediately. The change in ownership does not affect Hanken. The school continues to rent rooms in Arkadia and the activity remains the same.
