Hanken International Talent™ is a talent management programme that enables organizations engage with diverse quality talent at Hanken by building meaningful connections and exciting various ways for employer-student collaboration. In covid-19 pandemic reality, leading change requires new capabilities and perspectives. Whether it is about re-imagining new roles, pivoting business or building resilience, Hanken HIT™ offers a window of opportunity for individuals and organizations alike.
By joining Hanken HIT™ your company commits to one or several of the following collaborations with the student:
- Mentoring (in total 6 lunches / virtual coffees during the next 6 months)
- Summer job
- Thesis project
Our Hanken International Talent pool has Master's students from 20+ countries majoring in Marketing, Business management, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain management and Intellectual Property Law. They offer a global perspective, experience and valuable insights. In return they seek your take on Finnish business culture and how to get closer to a dream internship or job after graduation. Companies such as KPMG, Fazer, PWC and Wärtsilä have recruited from our pool of Hanken HIT™ talents and are returning collaborators since the launch of the programme in 2017.
