In the labour market, trust between the parties is paramount. In recent times, the issue of trust and how it can be increased has been a hot topic and discussed vigorously in many different forums.

As a response to this, Hanken School of Economics organises a seminar in which several high profile labour market representatives present their views on trust in the labour market.
