Mats Ehrnrooth is Professor at the department of Management and Organization in Hanken School of Economics. His research has covered HRM, leadership and organizational behavior from general, international, indigenous, cross-cultural and various methodological perspectives, including the application of mixed methods. Currently his research focuses on the joint influence of leadership and HRM as well as increasingly longitudinal and experimental research. His work has been published in Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resource Management and Journal of World Business, amongst others.
