The master’s program in economics is offered in English and in collaboration with the universities within Helsinki GSE.
Two tracks
The master's programme in economics at Hanken has two specialization options:
When you apply to Hanken’s master’s degree studies in economics, or who continue your studies after completing your bachelor’s degree, you are by default admitted to the general study track. If you are interested in pursuing a research career, you can apply to the research track through a separate application process. Upon graduation, there will be a separate formal notification (in the transcript of records) of the economics track you pursued.
Both tracks of the two-year master's programme are offered in English and in collaboration with Helsinki GSE partner economics departments at Aalto University and the University of Helsinki.
