Hanken’s Swedish and Finnish Language Café in Helsinki

Would you like to improve your Swedish and Finnish language skills in a fun and relaxed environment with native speakers?

Welcome to Hanken’s Swedish & Finnish Language Café- a space where language learning becomes a part of your everyday life!

At the café, you get the opportunity to practice speaking and pick up useful vocabulary while learning more about interesting topics related to for example Finnish culture and society. No textbooks, no pressure, just casual conversations with native speakers on a new theme every session!

When: Every second Wednesday starting from 29.10 at 16:00-17:00. Below you find a list of all upcoming sessions.
Where: At Teacher’s Lounge, Hanken, Helsinki
For whom: All Hanken students and staff are welcome to join the café to practice Swedish and Finnish. It might be most useful if you already know some basics, but all levels are welcome. Small snacks and coffee/tea will be served. The café is free of charge.
Certificate of attendance: If you participate in at least 60 % of all language café sessions you will receive a certificate of attendance- an excellent reference for future employers.
Drop in: The café functions on a drop-in basis; no registration needed. Just show up at 16:00 sharp!
