Well-being at Hanken!
Teachers, researchers and administrative staff will receive an email about the upcoming organisation climate survey on Monday 2 October. It is important to respond, since we with your help can improve the work environment and general well-being at Hanken. The results from previous surveys have led to e.g. investments in ergonomic workstations and the Guidelines on Early Support.
PhD students will get the chance to participate in a climate survey designed especially for them later on this fall. The climate survey for PhD students will include questions concerning doctoral studies and supervision among other things.

If you have not yet ordered Smartum vouchers for the autumn term, order them at the latest on October 31st. Full-time staff members may obtain at most 10 vouchers per academic term, part-time staff members may obtain at most 5 vouchers per academic term.
