Prizes for CERS researchers in QUIZ16

Several CERS Hanken researchers have gained prizes in QUIZ16 conference in Karlstad, Sverige, in June 2019.

2019 Outstanding Paper in Journal of Services Marketing was awarded to Professor Kristina Heinonen and Postdoctoral Researcher Gustav Medberg for their paper “Netnography as a tool for understanding customers: implications for service research practice”.

 

2019 Highly Commended Award in Journal of Service Theory and Practice was awarded to Professor Kristina Heinonen, Professor Elina Jaakkola, and Senior Research Associate Irina Neganova for their paper “Drivers, types and value outcomes of customer-to-customer interaction: An integrative review and research agenda”.

 

Professor Jonas Holmqvist was awarded as an Outstanding Reviewer by Journal of Service Theory and Practice.
